General terms

USER commits to an appropriate use of the contents and services offered by Al-ayre through its websites and agrees not to make use of them for illicit purposes, or cause damage to Al-ayre's physical or logistical systems or those of its suppliers or third parties, introduce or transmit computer viruses onto the network or attempt to access or use the e-mail accounts of other users or modify or manipulate the messages contained within them.

Under no circumstances will Al-ayre be held responsible for any implications as a result of the users participation in forums, chats and other communication tools.

Al-ayre, in its own capacity or as a transferee, is the holder of all intellectual and industrial copyright of its web pages, as well as the contents contained within them (heading title, images, sounds and texts; brands and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, computer programmes, access and use, etc.). The above elements are the property of Al-ayre or its licensees.

THE USER commits to respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights held by Al-ayre. The USER may view and print, as well as copy and store the contents of the different websites on the hard disk of their computer or any another physical medium as long as it is only and exclusively for their own personal and private use. The transformation, distribution, public communication and exhibition of these contents or any other form of exploitation is expressively prohibited, as is the modification, alteration or dissecting of the said content. The USER may not eliminate, alter, bypass or manipulate any protection devices or security systems that have been installed on the Al-ayre web pages.

Under no circumstances will Al-ayre be held responsible for any damages or losses of any nature including errors or emissions in content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious programmes or malfunction in the contents that may arise despite Al-ayre having adopted all the necessary technological means to avoid such incidences.

Al-ayre reserves the right to carry out, without prior notification, any modifications it considers opportune to its websites, and is able to change, eliminate or add contents to its websites, as well as make changes to the services offered, how they appear on the websites and where they are located.

Al-ayre reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its websites and/or the services offered, without the need for prior notification, on its own initiative or that of a third party, to any users that fail to comply with the present Terms and Conditions of Use.

Al-ayre can modify the conditions specified here at any time and is obliged to publish any such changes. Any modifications to the said conditions will come into force on publication of the same and they will be considered valid unless replaced by further modifications published here.

The relationship between Al-ayre and the USER is governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be resolved by the courts of justice in the city of Madrid.
